About The Honeywell Foundation
The Honeywell Foundation, DBA Honeywell Arts & Entertainment, is dedicated to providing arts, education, and entertainment for all. We are a nonprofit arts organization located in Wabash, Indiana. Founded in 1941 by industrialist Mark C. Honeywell, the Foundation reaches hundreds of thousands of guests each year through a variety of arts offerings including live concerts, visual art programs, family festivals, and recreational events. Offerings take place at seven venues: the Honeywell Center, Honeywell House, Eagles Theatre, Charley Creek Gardens, Dr. James Ford Historic Home, 13-24 Drive In, and the Clarkson House.

OUR DEPARTMENTS
Administration
Our Administration department includes Finance and Human Resources which carefully monitors transactions, ensuring our organization thrives financially through fiscal responsibility. They also ensure we hire great team members, provide competitive pay and benefits, training and development opportunities and family-friendly events throughout the year.
Development
Our Development department raises funds through individual, corporate and foundation support. As a nonprofit, Honeywell relies on donations to ensure the organization continues to live on. These philanthropic efforts benefit the community, region and beyond.
Facilities
Our Facilities department is responsible for ensuring that buildings and their services meet the needs of our team and guests. They keep our buildings and grounds clean, secure and operating at their best for our team and our guests.
Hospitality
Our Hospitality department provides exceptional guest experiences through our restaurant and catering service, offering a variety of different amenities to our clients.
Marketing
Our Marketing department plays a vital role in promoting Honeywell and its mission. It serves as the face of the organization, coordinating and producing all communications material and the overarching brand that represents everything we do at Honeywell from traditional to social media and everything in between.
Programming
Our Programming department provides the programming and production of concerts, shows, special events, festivals, school-based educational programs, and arts-based education in addition to many other social and recreational opportunities.
