Core Competencies
The Content & Communications Manager is a collaborative storyteller who brings Honeywell’s mission to life through clear, engaging, and consistent content. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution - planning and managing the institutional content calendar while producing compelling copy for email, web, and social channels. It also includes delivering template-based designs and light video to support arts programming, education initiatives, and organizational storytelling across multiple platforms.
Success in this role requires strong organization, creativity, and collaboration to coordinate campaigns, partner across teams, and ensure Honeywell’s arts, education, and community stories reach the right audiences with clarity and consistency.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of relevant marketing, communications, or content development experience.
