The Honeywell Foundation is a nonprofit public charity based in Wabash, Indiana. The organization is dedicated to providing arts, education, and entertainment for all through live entertainment, movies, arts education, cultural events, culinary experiences, Honeywell Arts Academy, and more. Offerings take place at eight venues including the Honeywell Center, Honeywell House, Eagles Theatre, Charley Creek Inn, Charley Creek Gardens, Dr. James Ford Historic Home, Clarkson House, and 13-24 Drive In.

Core Competencies

Lead an exceptional dining experience in one of Wabash's premier hospitality destinations! Honeywell Arts & Entertainment is seeking a dynamic, hands-on General Manager of Food & Beverage (Charley Creek Inn) to oversee all food and beverage operations for Twenty Restaurant. This leadership role is responsible for driving daily restaurant operations, delivering outstanding guest experiences, achieving financial performance goals, and supporting catering, events, and sales initiatives while ensuring every aspect of the dining experience reflects Honeywell's commitment to exceptional hospitality.


This role will provide strategic and operational leadership for the restaurant, partnering closely with culinary, hospitality, marketing, and event teams to enhance the guest experience, optimize performance, and support the continued growth of Charley Creek Inn's food and beverage program as part of Honeywell Arts & Entertainment. Success in this role requires extensive knowledge of food, wine, beer, spirits, and hospitality trends, using that expertise to elevate service, support menu and beverage development, coach and develop team members, and drive operational excellence.


Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage, restaurant, or hospitality management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
