Workshop: Stained Glass, Beginner

Ages 12+
$55 per student
Create a beautiful piece of art using stained glass techniques. You'll learn how to score, break, and shape colorful pieces of glass, then solder the pieces together to create a finished decorative item. Students will be able to select from two designs, with a variety of glass colors available to make each piece their own.

Workshop: Joyful Brushstrokes: Oil Painting
Channel your inner Bob Ross in this oil painting workshop! Using his approachable, joy-filled techniques, you’ll explore blending, brushwork, and happy little details to create a landscape of your own. This class will focus on using palette knives to created a layered, textural piece. While familiarity with palette knives is encouraged, there is no experience needed—just bring your creativity and enjoy a fun, relaxing class where mistakes turn into masterpieces.

Workshop: Artful Calm
Explore calming art techniques like zentangle, designed to encourage mindfulness, relaxation, and self-expression. Through guided drawing and watercolor activities, you'll experiment with color, line, pattern, and movement while enjoying an approachable creative experience. No previous art experience is required.

Create a beautiful piece of art using stained glass techniques. Build on your stained glass skills with this more advanced design to create a beautiful decorative item. All students will be able to select their own colors and will work from the same pattern.

Build your sculpture skills while exploring a variety of fun, hands-on materials and techniques. You'll work with paper-mâché, wire, and polymer clay to learn how armatures - simple interior supports - can help give sculptures shape and structure. Through a series of projects, you'll practice new techniques and build on what you've learned along the way. Designed for all experience levels, this class offers a relaxed, welcoming environment to experiment, create, and gain confidence working in three dimensions.

Homeschool Art is taught by experienced artists and covers an exciting variety of mediums and techniques.

Class: Stained Glass Mosaic
Geared toward beginners who want to explore basic glass mosaic techniques: This class covers preparation of the substrate, design planning, scoring, cutting, and shaping glass, a variety of tesserae nipping techniques, and grouting for a finished product ready to display. Students will be introduced to a wide variety of mosaic tools and materials and will complete a framed Glass on Glass mosaic picture with the beauty and translucence of stained glass art. A variety of patterns will be supplied. Students may also complete a supplemental project of choice as time allows.

Class: Music Lessons
Private music lessons are offered for ages 7+ at all skill levels, from beginner to experienced. Options include piano, guitar, ukulele, bass, woodwinds, and brass instruments. Financial assistance available
