Celebrate spring with a multi-course fine dining experience and wine pairing featuring Northern California wines from Long Meadow Ranch.

Course 1

Choice of carrot ginger soup or spring salad with edible flowers and mint dressing 

Course 2

Choice of roasted chicken thighs with fennel and oranges served over mashed turnips, rutabagas, and potatoes or pan-fried trout with roasted tomatoes and grilled asparagus over tuxedo barley pilaf 

Course 3

Choice of rhubarb crumble with lemon sorbet or berry shortcake with macerated strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries on homemade shortcake and topped with maple bourbon whipped cream
