About The Honeywell Foundation

The Honeywell Foundation, DBA Honeywell Arts & Entertainment, is dedicated to the enhancement of artistic, social, cultural, and recreational opportunities for all. We are a nonprofit arts organization located in Wabash, Indiana. Founded in 1941 by industrialist Mark C. Honeywell, the Foundation reaches hundreds of thousands of guests each year through a variety of arts offerings including live concerts, visual art programs, family festivals, and recreational events. Offerings take place online and at six venues: the Honeywell Center, Honeywell House, Eagles Theatre, Charley Creek Gardens, Dr. James Ford Historic Home, and the 13-24 Drive In.

Core Competencies

The Donor Engagement Associate at Honeywell Arts & Entertainment plays a dynamic role in strengthening donor relationships and driving the day-to-day success of the Development department. This position blends creativity, organization, and mission-driven energy - supporting digital fundraising campaigns, crafting engaging donor communications, ensuring timely acknowledgements, and helping coordinate donor-focused events that leave a lasting impression.


As a key partner across teams, the Donor Engagement Associate helps expand donor pipelines, elevate stewardship efforts, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to our mission. The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree and experience in nonprofit management, fundraising/philanthropy, communications, marketing, business administration, arts administration, or a related field - along with a genuine passion for connecting donors to meaningful impact.
