All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, like when an event is canceled or rescheduled.

Should an event or performance be cancelled, a 100% refund will be issued.

 

Should an event or performance be rescheduled, the buyer will be notified via email or phone call and the purchased tickets will be honored for the new date. If the guests are unable to attend the new date, the buyer will receive a 100% refund. Please note - the option for a refund is available for a limited time, in most liver performance cases for one month after the new date has been announced. Please call 260.563.1102 or refer to your email for information.
