Dinner options: choice of meat lasagna or chicken marsala; roasted red potatoes or loaded mashed potatoes; peas with bacon and mushrooms or broccoli salad.  Both entrees come with dinner rolls.  Add dessert for $14: bread pudding with caramel sauce.

Breakfast: sausage, egg, and cheese casserole

Fri. March 19

Dinner options: choice of Florentine stuffed shells (vegetarian) or grilled salmon (gluten free) with roasted red pepper coulis; roasted sweet potatoes or loaded mashed potatoes; roasted corn with bacon, peppers, and onions or broccoli with cheese sauce. Both entrees come with dinner rolls. Add dessert for $14: black forest cobbler.

Breakfast: cinnamon apple French toast casserole (vegetarian)

Fri. March 26

Dinner options: choice BBQ chicken quarters (gluten free) or baked shrimp ravioli; mashed potatoes or rice pilaf; green beans with sun dried tomatoes or cauliflower and pea salad. Both entrees come with dinner rolls. Add dessert for $14: peaches and cream cobbler.
