French baguette served with European butter, Brie, and strawberry preserves


Choice of shrimp cocktail or roasted beet salad with walnuts, goat cheese, and honey-balsamic vinaigrette 


Choice of New York strip with roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus or sole meunière with mashed potatoes and green beans almondine 


Choice of crème brûlée or chocolate marquise, a rich mousse and ganache terrine served with crème anglaise and fresh berries
