Inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and meaningful conversations through art! Honeywell Arts & Entertainment is seeking a part-time Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS) Facilitator to support the growth of our arts education programs in local schools. This role will average 10 hours or less per week and will visit assigned classrooms throughout the school year, leading engaging discussions that help students develop observation, communication, and critical thinking skills through the nationally recognized VTS method.

The VTS Facilitator will build meaningful relationships with students and teachers while creating an inclusive environment where students feel encouraged to share ideas, explore multiple perspectives, and connect with works of art. This position will also support program flexibility by assisting with classroom coverage and will have opportunities for additional hours as the program continues to grow.

Successful candidates are engaging communicators who enjoy working with children, facilitating group discussions, and fostering creativity and curiosity. Strong organization, reliability, collaboration, adaptability, and professionalism are essential, along with a passion for arts education and helping students learn through thoughtful inquiry.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required with 3–5 years of experience working with children. A bachelor's degree in education, art, communications, or a related field is preferred.
