Honeywell Arts & Entertainment Announces Eugenia’s Parlor Music Series

Three-show series to feature an intimate evening of music and cuisine at the Honeywell House



Honeywell Arts & Entertainment will present Eugenia’s Parlor Music Series in the beautiful former home of Mrs. Eugenia Honeywell beginning in April. Series packages are on sale now and feature an intimate evening of music and cuisine. This series is sponsored by Douglas C. Lehman P.C. and Minda Lehman in memory of her mother, Velva Powell. Honeywell House events are made possible by the generous support of presenting sponsor Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service.

 

Honeywell Arts Academy Alumni – Tues., April 23 at 6:00 p.m.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

Following the concert, mingle with the alumni and other guests while you enjoy cocktails, mocktails, and heavy hors d'oeuvres.

 

Patterson Robards Duo – Tues., May 7 at 6:00 p.m.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

Duo pianists Anthony Patterson and Casey Robards' collaboration is a rich tapestry of styles drawing from the classical repertoire, popular, and international genres. Following the concert, you will enjoy a wine pairing and chef-prepared menu of salad of baby greens, feta cheese, cranberries, and pecans with balsamic vinaigrette; beef filet; horseradish mashed potatoes; roasted asparagus topped with Roquefort and chantilly sauce; and poached pear with vanilla bean ice cream for dessert.

 

Violinist Sherry Hong & Pianist Ryan Behan – Tues., May 21 at 6:00 p.m.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

Sherry has performed as a member of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra's first violin section since 2007 and as Acting Associate Principal Second Violin since February 2022. Ryan is the Assistant Professor of Piano and Director of Keyboard Studies at the University of Indianapolis. Following the concert, mingle with Sherry and other guests while you enjoy cocktails, mocktails, and heavy hors d'oeuvres.

 

Tickets for the three-show series are $150 if purchased before March 1. Following March 1, the price will increase to $175.
