Honeywell Arts & Entertainment is announcing promotions, new hires, and service awards within the organization. These individuals contribute to the continuous expansion of the organization’s programs. Their collective commitment and hard work have made a significant impact on the mission of arts, education, and entertainment for all.
Promotions
Isabel Hughes – Arts Programming Assistant/Teaching Artist (effective 5/5/2025)
Isabel has been promoted to full-time Arts Programming Assistant/Teaching Artist. Isabel supports the lifelong creative arts learning programs by assisting with the coordination of classes, workshops, and community events.

Abigail Strange – Food & Beverage Manager (effective 3/10/2025)
Abigail has been promoted to Food & Beverage Manager; she most recently held the title of Food & Beverage Supervisor. Abby is responsible for all day-to-day operations of Honeywell Arts & Entertainment restaurant and catering operations.

Leslie Butterbaugh – Grounds, Projects, & Events (effective 3/10/2025)
Leslie has been promoted to full-time Grounds, Projects, & Events. Leslie is responsible for maintaining safe and attractive grounds around Honeywell Arts & Entertainment properties and providing preventive maintenance as needed.

Summer Hall – Beverage Coordinator/Server (effective 2/24/2025)
Summer has been promoted to full-time Beverage Coordinator/Server. Summer is responsible for managing liquor orders, completing monthly inventory, and ensuring each event bar is properly stocked.

Patrick Crawford – Lead Line Cook (effective 2/1/2025)
Patrick has been promoted to full-time Lead Line Cook. Patrick is responsible for managing the Pasta Bar at Eugenia’s Restaurant and preparing food while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service to guests.

Michele Hughes – Booker/Promoter Representative (effective 12/29/2024)
Michele has been promoted to Booker/Promoter Representative; she most recently held the title of Program Coordinator. Michele is responsible for booking and advancing each show across Honeywell venues and partner venue locations, while ensuring the artist’s needs are met.
In addition to the promotions, Honeywell Arts & Entertainment has hired five new team members.
New Hires
Kody Dubois – Accounting Administrator/Facilities Administrator (effective 5/19/2025)
As Accounting Administrator/Facilities Administrator, Kody will support the day-to-day operations of the Finance and Facilities functions, effectively prioritizing and executing assigned tasks based on the needs of each area.
Alaina Simmons – Human Resources Administrator (effective 5/12/2025)
As Human Resources Administrator, Alaina will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of HR functions while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Jonah Crismore – Booker/Promoter Representative (effective 4/14/2025)
As Booker/Promoter Representative, Jonah works in partnership with the Honeywell Arts & Entertainment Programming team to book and advance each show across Honeywell venues and partner venue locations, while ensuring the artist’s needs are met.

Jennifer Pegg-Duell – Guest Relations Supervisor (effective 1/6/2025)
As Guest Relations Supervisor, Jennifer oversees Honeywell Box Office operations and ensures world-class guest experiences across Honeywell venues, including the Eagles Theatre, Honeywell Center, and partner venue locations.

Anna Pyle – Marketing Specialist (effective 12/16/2024)
As Marketing Specialist, Anna provides essential support in promoting live shows, events, and various Honeywell projects.
In April, the team gathered for the Annual Team Appreciation Event, during which Honeywell leadership thanked the group and shared highlights from the past year. The celebration culminated with the distribution of service awards, which highlight years of service to the organization; service awards are as of the end of March 2025.
