Honeywell Arts & Entertainment Announces Promotions and New Hires

The organization promotes four team members and hires two team members

Behind every performance, event, and initiative at Honeywell Arts & Entertainment is a team dedicated to inspiring creativity, connection, and excellence. As the organization continues to grow, several team members are stepping into new leadership roles, as well as new hires bringing fresh expertise to the mission of arts, education, and entertainment for all.

Promotions


Abby Strange
Abby Strange

Abby Strange – Assistant Director of Hospitality (Food & Beverage) (effective 10/20/2025)

Abby has been promoted to Assistant Director of Hospitality (Food & Beverage). Since joining the Honeywell team in May 2022, she has been instrumental in delivering exceptional guest experiences through her leadership in food and beverage service and event execution. Abby will continue to oversee catering operations across Honeywell venues, managing scheduling, labor, event logistics, and financial tracking to ensure seamless service and uphold Honeywell’s high standards of hospitality.


Troy Dubois
Troy Dubois

Troy Dubois – Vice President of Facilities (effective 9/22/2025) 

Troy has been promoted to Vice President of Facilities. Since joining the Honeywell team in February 2019, he has played a vital role in maintaining and enhancing Honeywell’s properties and, most recently, held the title of Director of Facilities. Troy will continue to guide and expand Honeywell’s commitment to excellence in property care, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.

 

Emily Frank
Emily Frank

Emily Frank – Assistant Controller (effective 9/22/2025) 

Emily has been promoted to Assistant Controller. Since joining the Honeywell team in October 2017, she has played a key role in supporting the organization’s financial operations and, most recently, held the title of Accountant. Emily will continue to support Honeywell’s commitment to strong financial stewardship and operational excellence.

 

Kara Fulmer
Kara Fulmer

Kara Fulmer – Director of Development (effective 9/22/2025) 

Kara has been promoted to Director of Development. Since joining the Honeywell team in August 2013, she has made a lasting impact through her leadership in fundraising and donor relations and, most recently, held the title of Director of Planned Giving & Grants. Kara will continue to advance Honeywell’s philanthropic efforts, building meaningful relationships with donors and supporting the organization’s long-term sustainability and growth.


In addition to the promotions, Honeywell Arts & Entertainment has hired two new team members.


New Hires


Janna Mestan
Janna Mestan

Janna Mestan – Director of Sales (effective 8/19/2025)

As Director of Sales, Janna brings a strong background in hospitality, sales, and event leadership. She oversees all sales initiatives and hospitality events at Honeywell, leading a dedicated, high-energy team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving strong event performance.


Patty Jacobs
Patty Jacobs

Patty Jacobs – House Operations Manager (effective 6/23/2025)

As House Operations Manager, Patty brings strong skills in coordination, communication, and creating welcoming environments. She manages volunteer resources to assist in the delivery of the organization's programs and services, directly managing volunteers, while providing guidance, support, resources, and tools to volunteers.

 

Troy Dubois, Vice President of Facilities, states, “I am excited to take on the role of Vice President of Facilities. Since joining Honeywell Arts & Entertainment in 2019, I’ve been proud to contribute alongside such a dedicated team. I look forward to continuing our work to provide safe, welcoming, and world-class experiences for all guests.”
